From morning to night, you can enjoy delicious menus prepared especially for you. Renowned Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller has created an original menu full of flavor and international dishes.
Enjoy Asian specialities in the Sushi restaurant. The patio Grill is located by the pool to make you enjoy lunch or dinner.Finally, The Colonnade restaurant offers al fresco dining with a variety of buffets and a la carte dishes for lunch.

You can also go to the Observation Bar, where you will have a 270° panoramic view. Seabourn does not primarily target families. As a result, Seabourn Encore does not have special facilities for children, nor does it have dedicated staff or a babysitting service. Children under the age of six months are not allowed on board, and this limit can be up to one year depending on the cruise and the itinerary. Nevertheless, you will often see families with children on board Seabourn ships, especially in summer.
