Norwegian Cruise Line reminds you of the importance of taking care of your body. On board, you will find the Mandara Spa. This haven of peace is essentially dedicated to your well-being. There are more than ten massage and treatment rooms, a thermal suite with heated seats, saunas, steam rooms and a thalassotherapy pool. Choose from a wide range of treatments. While some may opt for a Swedish massage, others can get a new haircut. In addition, you have the possibility to whiten your teeth. Manicure and pedicure sessions are also available.  Stay fit at the Body Waves Fitness Center. The gym is open to anyone over 16 years of age and has weight and cardio machines, rowing machines, elliptical bikes and other equipment. Coaches  will be advising and supporting you. Group aerobics, yoga and pilates classes are scheduled daily.

Head to deck 11 for a refreshing moment during your cruise on board the Norwegian Sky. A pool area awaits both young and old.  You can take a dip in one of the two pools or relax in one of the four hot tubs. Children can enjoy the Splash Kids Pool where they will find  waterfalls and water games. You will have a great time in this complete and pleasant pool area. Relax and fill up on vitamin D on one of the many sunbeds around the pools! While some prefer taking a nap under the sunshade, others can play tennis around the tables. A bar is located right next to the pool, where you can quench your thirst with a cold beer.
